About Pareto Negotiation Partners

Having encountered typical off-the-shelf negotiation trainings, we became frustrated with how generic and inapplicable they had been. These experiences ignited our drive to establish a more bespoke and impactful approach to negotiation training and consultancy. Our aim was to customise every facet of our offerings to address the unique requirements and complexities encountered by our clients, thereby delivering tangible and enduring outcomes.

Founded in 2022, Pareto Negotiation Partners has successfully collaborated with large corporations, specialising in tailored negotiation training, strategic consultancy, and hands-on coaching. Our approach integrates leading research with practical application, empowering organisations to master negotiation theory and achieve sustainable success.

Until now, our most notable collaborations have been with Shell, Thales, Groen Links and the University of Twente.

Our Journey

Tracing Our Beginnings

Pareto Negotiation Partners faced a humble start when a group of graduate students, who had been cultivating years of experience within negotiation, decided to start a company with one another. A passion for Negotiation had formed, and since we have collectively competed within International negotiation competitions, help professionals unlock a core soft skill, and coach higher education students down a similar path.
